Complaints:


While we take great care to ensure that we provide all our services efficiently, courteously and with a high standard of professionalism, we understand that complaints might be made. A complaint is a valid expression of dissatisfaction and however it is made wither it be via email, letter, telephone or verbally, we will investigate it and use it as a means to improve our standards of service.
If at any time during your contact with International Bullies AS you are not happy with the levels of service you experience, please ask to speak to the manager and we will try our best to resolve your complaint straight away. You can register your complaint in person, via phone or in writing. All complaints will be dealt with by our Manager. We will acknowledge all written complaints within 5 days of receiving the letter, at which point your complaint will be investigated. We will focus on inproving your experience with us. However, for investment reasons, we do not offer cash refunds. If your item is damaged during shipping you can return it to us and we will exchange your item for a new one.
